ASPEE College of Horticulture is a prime institute providing Horticulture education and research in the state. This college was approved by Krushi and Gram Vikas Vibhag of the Government of Gujarat and started in November, 1988 at Navsari (Gujarat) and initially established with the name “ASPEE College of Horticulture and Forestry” with the vision to bring out trained human resource and research in two major field i.e. horticulture and forestry sectors. For starting this college, generous donation was provided by ASPEE Foundation for Agriculture and Development, Malad, Mumbai and therefore, the college derived its name as ‘ASPEE College of Horticulture and Forestry’. During May 2022, Forestry faculty gets separated from ‘ASPEE College of Horticulture and Forestry’ and two separate colleges have been formed for Horticulture and Forestry. During January 2023 the college renamed as ‘ASPEE College of Horticulture’.
